Hi,

We are, as a team, are following 700+ blogs about social marketing. We're using our own application that has some features we like:
- it's workgroup ready so when I'm short of time I can skip what my collegues have already read.. unless they marked it as important
= we've extensive search capabilities and quantitative info on the blog (compete, frequency of posting, social network of the blogger and ad network the blogs accept)

http://blog.ecairn.com/2008/05/29/monitoring-600-blogs-on-social-media-marketing/

It still takes time, 300 to 400 new conversations per day ! but we manage to pretty well cover the field by spreading the load between a few members

Our application is fee based (very affordable) and we do "specials" for social marketing people that are OK to provide feedback and help us improve our solution.

I second Sarah's recommendation. There are a nice selection of great bloggers in the Grand Effect network without overlapping our interests too much, but still staying within the same field of topics.

I'd also recommend Scribkin.com, Sarahintampa, Regular Geek, and Maple Leaf 2.0

Lord, I've had to dedicate just 30 minutes through the good ones. Info overload! I have many folders to sort it all out. You're staying in mine!

Check out the other bloggers that are in Grand Effect (a blog network Corvida is a part of) - the links are at the top of her site and all of our members sites. We have some great bloggers at Grand Effect!
