Lots of girls like to look nice, me included, but if an "elite" guy is one who only cares whether or not I wax my armpits and make it look like I don't, then I'm not really interested in an "elite" guy. Not to mention, a guy who is only judging a girl on her outward looks is hardly the "guy of my dreams" and such a guy probably wouldn't abide his wife suddently sprouting a moustache and potbelly anyway.
