Marriage is truly a blessing and although it's one of the best things I have ever done, it's also one of the hardest. Please tell them this: It's the two of them (plus any pets, children, baggage, relatives, etc) against the world. The best advice I ever got was from the Deacon of our church, a truly great man, and his wife. They told us never to go to bed angry, which is not uncommon advice. What the did tell us is everytime you get in a fight and are about to yell/argue/get heated in debate, strip down all your clothes. It is very hard to yell at someone when you are both naked! It sounds just crazy but is the most wonderful advice I have received about marriage. It will strengthen their marriage and is also a ton of fun! Tell them good luck and enjoy the wedding!
